RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of customer receiving the delivery. The only exception to this will be jackets ordered around Christmas time as presents. We will allow until January 11th for all Christmas returns or exchanges.

All Items must be returned in the Original Condition & in its original packaging that it was received. This includes all Tags & Extra Snaps, accessories & owners manual. There should be no signs of wear including smell. Any items received that does not have tags, has been worn, not in the original condition or in original packaging that it was received will be returned to the customer at their cost & no refund given.

Customers MUST email Goddess75 at returns@goddess75.com before sending back any item in order to get a RMA#. Any returns or exchanges received without an RMA# will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. The only charges for exchanges are the return shipping charges which are $12.25. Here is the breakdown of the steps in order for us to process your return/exchange:

Email returns@goddess75.com for an RMA number. Please indicate the reason for your request(exchange or return). Upon the receipt of your request & RMA authorization, you will be issued a RMA# & shipping instructions will be sent to you via email. If we do not receive the item within 10 days of issuing an RMA# the item will be returned to you at YOUR cost & no refund given.

THERE IS A $12.25 RESHIPPING CHARGE ON ALL EXCHANGES INSIDE THE U.S. & U.S. TERRITORIES. THERE IS A $40.00 RESHIPPING CHARGE ON ALL CANADA & MEXICO EXCHANGES

There are No refunds on shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns or exchanges. If you should experience a problem, have a question or concern, please contact us immediately.
